I don't know what is up with these 100 share trades. Doesn't make any sense why someone would buy or sell that many shares. Anything Interent will be an OTC stock. It is technically not an "IPO" in the sense that no one will be able to acquire shares prior to the first day of trading. It will simply start trading on the announced day (that is my understanding). CJ
