Ted: The last time I spoke with Doug (about two weeks ago) he told me that the VSE was going to send him a letter the next day specifically listing the items they wished answers on. I have been calling Doug since then for an update but my calls are not being returned. Perhaps you can persuade Lawrie (who has also not returned my calls) to get you a copy of that letter so that we can better understand the specifics of the problems. Rahim
