JLA on this issue of who published what on the internet. Your side needs to quit pointing fingers at everybody and somebody needs to take responsibilty for something. It was Starrs document - it was his responsibility to say to Gingrich or whoever, "There is inappropriate material in there for the world to read about the leader of the free world", or "Some discretion is in order here" OR SOMETHING. Do you think when you hide behind technicalities like this that the voting public says, "Oh, OK it wasnt Starrs or Gingrichs fault, it couldnt be helped" - ??!!

Let me put it this way, if somebody is working for me, and they publish pornographic material on a website that is in my companies intranet - I expect to be fired for it. I take responsibility for the actions of people around me and for any activity under my watch. In this case, since Starr was the person who knew the contents of the report, it was HIS responsibilty to manage the distribution of it, in some way.
