Bob .. What is this "offering?" Does this mean that after the company becomes reporting that these shares will come into play? Pardon the ignorance, I am kind of new to this stock. But MAN does that encryption software SOUND GOOD!! No, the company will draw down on this financing as needed. For example, if the share price was 60 cents, the financing is done at a 23% discount to the share price , or 46.2 cents. If the company needed $200,000, then they would have to issue 200,000/.462 shares, or 433,000 shares.
