To say "fraud-net" is very serious, a door-opener to being served with a suit. There is a big difference between stating one's opinion, such as, "I think this company is dirt," and accusing it of fraud, which calling it "fraud-net" does.

Like it or not, if Cramer did say this WAVO has no choice--it has to reply, via its lawyers, or the accusation of fraud will be transformed to fact [in peoples' minds]. Also, if the label "fraud" gets attached to WAVO, the people who have purchased shares will have grounds for a class action suit. Not pretty.

I did not see the program and, for that matter, have never seen a Cramer segment--but then cable is not available where I live and the Primestar guys are just installing it as I type.
