While I have not admitted surrender yet, TNRG continues to be on shaky ground. I spoke to George Bentley of the SP Group, got updated outstanding numbers from transfer agent and briefly spoke to the man himself.

George Bentley was refreshingly honest and open about his perceptions. He acknowledged that TNRG does own all the business interests they say they do. But he indicated that accounting is way behind in all the businesses. He thought that financials needed to be put in order before company could move forward. On the plus side he stated that Tilton has a big stake in the company and in order for him to make money, he's got to make things work.

Transfer Agent Jason told me outstanding shares were now up to 60, 474,000.

Tilton told me very little. He said he was busy, not feeling well and asked me to call tomorrow. Considering it a luxury to have him on the phone, I was able to get from him that the accounting is almost completed on the Chinese investment and we may be hearing news soon on this. He stated the spinoffs are coming along but didn't indicate when we'd see something on this. He stated that he is still working on where to locate the USBL team. He said the league is beginning to put pressure on him to nail down the location soon with it starting in the spring. He seemed a little surprised by the outstanding numbers I got from the Transfer Agent, but said he was still hoping to cancel 5 million shares. He said they still haven't filed the papers on the ECG device to the FDA. He said they wanted to do it right the first time, but he hoped to have the papers filed by early January. Finally he said in general terms, TNRG is in good shape.

To be honest I'm getting a little tempted to sell with tax selling season upon us, but I still believe TNRG has the potential to be $1.00 plus stock if any of these businesses can get going. The problem is Tilton does not seem to have his act all together. A lot of promises and not much follow through. In sum I know if I sold now, the stock would pop the day after I sold. So I'll hang in there a couple more months.
