I have owned Vidatron for over a year. The reason holding it has been
the anticipation of positive earnings. Although I was disappointed
that Vidatron reported another losing quarter, I think the company is
headed in the right direction.
As for the reverse split I am somewhat uneasy. I have never seen a
reserve split actually work - stock usally drifts back to low levels.
I would love to hear others opinions. My thoughts are that earnings
drive the stock price not the price level of the stock itself. However,
since this reverse split is being done to satisfy NASDAQ requirements
it is difficult to tell what will happen.
I plan to give it another year and see what happens.
