Hi Sam, Ashton Technologies is putting a system in place for institutional block-trade transactions to be processed:

1) Anonymously
2) At a Volume Weighted Average Price
3) Securely
4) From anywhere on the globe

Their CEO and co-founder, Fred Rittereiser, was the founder of Instinet and has the vision for the company. The company is based in Philadelphia with plenty of access to Philly exchange. The system has been in "beta" trials and may come online full-time in January. (Really needs to get up and running.)

John Westergaard, a fairly well-known name on Wall Street, features the stock on his website:

This Sunday Fred is appearing on Casper Weinberger's World Business Review program.

I am basically averaged into the stock around 2-1/4. I'm enjoying the day today.

Good luck, Keith
