How can BII get on the Nasdaq overnight???

Two words..... Reverse and Merger

In a reverse merger Bid.com can find a shell company on the nasdaq.

In theory that shell acquires shares of Bid.com and bid.com becomes part of that entity.

In reality bid.com , though acquired, uses the shell as a work around to get on the NASDAQ without meeting all the listing requirements.

The shell company's name is then changed to Bid.com

Deal done .

On NASDAQ...maybe even by Friday.

Maybe that was the big announcement that got delayed??????

Just a guess.
