I agree with your concerns. I have noticed in the past when ENVG shares are
given out at less than the present price, ENVG drops to that price. I really
like ENVG overall, but the cyclical ride bothers me. I think there is a good
chance that the French Company mentioned in earlier news may buy ENVG out. I don't know enough about FMI myself.
Todays drop indicates to me that ENVG could drop back to the high 2's soon, yet I will
say again that I don't think the anything fundamental has changed about the company.
Just people skittish about others valuing shares cheaper than the market.
