Hi,

The gap lists are updated at the times on the site, I believe, 9:30, 9:50, 10:00, 10:30 and 3:30.

The data they update with is delayed... we have to do this to make it free without any exchange documents required.

We will be making realtime gap lists available through the Mach6 client very soon. You will need to run the Mach6 client to get the data, however, because we are bound by exchange requirements on distributing real-time data.
