I just spoke to a lady with Colombia Financial Group. She did confirm that it would be "soon", but was unable to go beyond that. However, she also said that Colombia would be the first to know, and it seems she didn't know of an imminent opening--she said they were "working their tails off," though. IMO, that indicates that the opening will not be today or tomorrow, but likely in the next few weeks.
