First Call has an earnings release date for the week of 1/20. Only two
brokers have provided estimates and they are for .25/share. This would
be 9% above last years 3rdQ of .23/share. Estimates for fiscal 97 ending
in March are .98/share versus .92 for 1996. Only a 7% growth.

1998 estimates are another story. Fiscal 1998 ending in March of 1998
is estimated to come in at $1.24 or 27% over estimated 1997.

If you were to use the Motley Fool YPEG ratio to determine fair
value, CBXC would be fully valued at $38.40. (Next Years earnings
estimate times the 5 Year growth projections). In this case it would be
$1.28*30=$38.40.

I haven't bought in yet. In fact, I had never heard of them until
yesterday or so. But everything in their financials looks great.
I just wish I knew more about them to find out why earnings will grow
at a greater rate next year versus this year.
