BV are definitely not saying a mining deal will be completed by Dec 15. The significance of the 15th is that this is when the wood deal closes and BV gets the $1 Million. In fact BV have been very careful not to give a date for an ore deal for the reason you outline. BV have indicated to me they hope to have something early in the new year. Regards RK
