What its saying is history generally repeats itself. In this case, the lower band was a 1 day event that may never be seen again. However for those who want to buy at a bottom point with little risk the closer you can buy to the bottom of a stocks 10 week band the less risk and more upside. What he is not say is that Dell will see the lower 40's. Fact is 57 is a good buy range as your downside is limited to the lower 50's while you upside is much greater.
