But I'll give you an example of one that already has ...

Rare Medium bought out by ICI technologies. Rare Medium changes name and symbol to RRRR and spins off air conditioning branch of former parent company.

Cost to RRRR? Zippo...all shares given to ICI become part of renamed corporation

Just because you don't know...doesn't mean it ain't so.
