only problem...lets say 20mm is in the float...which at least 12mm of it must be according to Liberty's numbers (which Alyssa doens't think is right, so I am waiting to talk to Gary) and those shares can't be recouped then we have suffered some nasty unjustified dilution. However, that is basically how the stock is trading now...so I guess it can't hurt, unless the current price is factoring the return of at least a portion of the 20mm... just thoughts... Jake
