Jim,

Per an earlier post, I already got a CLASS 2 BUY signal on the DOW when it was under 9000 this morning.

The key now is how high and how fast it climbs. I feel that the NEW HIGHS needs to get over 100 quickly and stay there and continue to improve significantly for this market to get alot higher(significant new highs).
