A possible way to assess geoworks relatively near future is to follow nokia. When nokia popped recently geoworks went along for the ride briefly. Nokia has been reporting their smart phone is well received. If this is true it should be good for geoworks. In addition geoworks announced a strategic move some time a go to concentrate on the phone market and has little expectation of taking on microsoft again once having it nose bloodied on the desktop operating system. The cell phone is the consumer device adopted fastest is the history of consumer electronics. If geoworks can ride the cell phone market (still a big if) they will have a good future, if not it is sayonora. Geoworks also noted they will not report the effects of nokia success until 3/97. Look for activity prior to that date. Buy when the stock reaches the 21 or less, it should go up prior to earning announcements in march, sell on the news. Take this with a grain of salt.
