They Bought a company with $100 million in annual revenues??? Where did they get the cash, and / or who would finance it?
This company is starting to look very bogus to me- I smell a scam. I own some as a momentum play, but when BB companies start talking about buying private companies, don't name the company, and talk about HUGE earnings prospects, watch out. Back at $0.01 by next year. I'm gonna adios as soon as the second momentum wave breaks.
