Bill,
You are welcome.
One year ago, insiders bot shares with options ("this transaction reflects the confidence and belief that the Board of Directors has in the future of Trinity Biotech"). If I remember correctly, buying was in Dec 97. From the press release dated 3/19/98:
<<Mr. Ronan O'Caoimh, Chairman and CEO, Mr. Brendan Farrell, President, Mr. Jonathan O'Connell, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jim Walsh, Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Denis Burger, Director purchased 770,000, 385,000, 400,000, 500,000 and 196,000 ordinary shares respectively.>>
This year I think they are buying in the open market due to the cheap shares and tax loss selling. I would ask, but seriously doubt they would tell me. If the stock stays weak, the insiders may buy the shareholders out!!! Its possible!
Anyone know how long it takes for foreign insider buying reporting to the SEC?
