Anytime you can buy a quality stock like ESV at book value and below you are nearing the bottom. Not necessarily true with a lesser quality company. I too have been at it since 20/share and it hurts a lot but someone mentioned a few posts ago about, in the absence of any other buy signals, when "blood is in the streets", if you have the courage and of course the money, it is time..... Here is the classic contrarian play!
