Colleen....... Talk to the company. I called because the phone number is in the header and states that they welcome calls. I was briefly told there is some debt in the form of a convertible. I was asked to put my specific questions in writing and fax them in. All I am doing is initial DD on my part and I figured there would be someone on this thread that knew all the facts because the header hasn't been updated and the float is already wrong. Just researching not bashing. Lakers
