The site looks pretty impressive. The site of the software consultant has more detailed information on the product and markets it is targeted toward: prologex.com

The thing to get here is that this is a company starting out of the gate with a product that has been shown to work in evaluations by reputable authorities: CRIM, Hitachi, Schlumberger, GMCC, Alcatel, etc., etc. Investors may be shy at first because of mishaps of other companies who said they would be entering this exciting market but did not have the product to back it up. The situation with GDER looks completely the opposite - they have a product that works and is competitively cheap to manufacture but they have been quietly and methodically working it through product development and trials with government and private sector authorities.

My suggestion is:

First check out the product claims very thouroughly to see if they hold water both from the standpoint of cost of manufacture and technical capability. The product must have all the elements necessary to apply it to the various markets worked out throughly before it can gain acceptance. Be rigorous and demand that DelSecur's claims be verified by substantial 3rd party sources - mere company statements should not suffice.

Then start looking at the business partners DelSecur is aligned with: Are they partnering with large "industry players" or just talking small potatoes players who can get crushed regardless of how good the product is? What is the company's strategy for getting the product into the market and how big are the various market segments and total market?

-------

I have done several hours of research up to this point since becoming aware of the company a few days ago. I am convinced that DelSecur is a rocket about to take off. But don't take anyone's word for it. I think you will find that the deeper you dig into this company and the potential for the products that you will be as convinced of this as I am (the finger-print reader product is only the most visible part of the total server/reader/smart-card/Internet e-commerce/P.O.S. developments).
