Banks--Canadian banks, at any rate--are not big on customer service. They charge for it, but they don't deliver.

IMO the banks think they are delivering "service," but they are far removed from any reality of what they are, in fact, delivering.

Just listen to their rhetoric when they try to justify their profits and new service charges that they are forever coming out with.

So, when you have to wait 10 minutes to do a trade or if the internet link is slow as molasses, how different is that from standing in a bank line for 30 minutes before you get a teller?

This is bank service at its finest.
