JLA wasn't this requested by Star? You're right though it was the tapes that BC didn't know about. But if this was requested by Star BC saw it knew it was a lie but did nothing. You are saying he obstructed justice by omission? I guess he may have violated the spirt of the law if not the letter of the law. We will have to let the courts decide. pez
