Delsecur is looking to sell its technology via licencing agreements. It does not want to build units -- pro's like HITACHI and ALCATEL would give royalties to Delsecur. Alcatel is interested for the EUROPE and Hitachi for ASIA. If the get the green light for a test site for the USCUSTOMS in Porto Rico then ALCATEL would build the units (worth 2mm$) and in exchance would get rigth to build all future unit for US gouverment Very exciting !!!
