Vince: Great day today. Shot a 96 on the new Marriott Westfields course here in Northern Virginia. Not bad for a hacker. It won't be long before I'm back in the low 80's. Then I can take you and GG on. <VBG> On to the topic at hand. I'll venture a guess at a 15-20MM share short position. All the shares that have been issued since the preferred issue will never see the market IMO. They'll be sold to the highest major bidder sometime in the future. It seems to me all the major players in MDIN are on the same page and speaking the same language. Most I've spoken with are very up to date as to what's going on and who's doing what. I don't think it will be long my friend. Please invite me to the grand opening of the CoonA**-A-GoGo when your coalition cashes out at $4-5+. KMT
