I wonder why eggs was down today. They do more business than cool. It was up.... Cyberian Outpost has a million dollar day KENT, Conn., Dec 2 (Reuters) - Cyberian Outpost Inc., a global Internet-only retailer of computer products, said Wednesday it recorded its first million-dollar day early in the holiday season. The company's order count for the entire Thanksgiving holiday weekend was nine times higher than last year, the company said. Cyberian Outpost's stock was up 2-5/8 to 30. During the month of November the company launched a television and print advertising campaign promoting its online superstore at Outpost.com, its first significant foray into offline marketing activities, which Cyberian Outpost Chief Executive and President Darryl Peck said was paying off. ''We are extremely pleased by our strong performance over the Thanksgiving weekend.'' he said Cyberian Outpost last month formed a Web shopping network with other top online retailers, such as CDnow Inc. (Nasdaq:CDNW - news), and Preview Travel Inc. (Nasdaq:PTVL - news).
