My main concern before I invest is always authorized shares, outstanding shares, float, revenues if any for BB's(earnings also if any, rare for new BB's) and most importantly how much debt and what form it is in. These are just basic starting DD questions. before you continue to lecture me... I suggest you do a little bit more reading of what we've uncovered and have posted for all to read on this thread. you also seem to be quite opinionated when you admit...We never got that far in our conversation and he asked me to fax a list of questions to him. rather than lecturing us on what you find acceptable, why don't you share information that you have found... and I hope it's better than there's debentures and I think they're not really restricted..but I didn't really get to talk to the CEO long enough to find out much about them... Dave told me the debt could be exercised in blocks of $10,000 not that the debt was only $10,000. ... I did not say this, and if my written response was poorly written and you jumped to this conclusion, I will attempt to be more careful in the future... sorry for the confusion. You will also find answers to these questions if you read the PR's. Calkins has been very upfront and provided this information (company debt) in a PR.. which IMO, is far more valuable than a reported telephone conversation I was also a little surprised that he wasn't sure of the float in his company. the reason for this is because the PR firms he's hired have dumped their shares... or a very good likelyhood... again... read the thread and you will see that we have discussed these issues. Looking forward to better discussions, questions, comments, DD coming from your posts.
