Oil companies can make a higher return on their money by investing in what they do best. It has been tried in the past and has been a failure. There was a post earlier that talked about this subject and did a good job of outlining the reasons. But if all the drilling contractors are forced out of business, who will drill then??? This opnes up a whole can of worms about the symbiotic relationship between oil company and drillers...maybe I should write a book about this! big loosbrock.com
