Ms. Harris : I think it doesn't matter as to who made the mistake -- Starr, or the Republicans in Congress. What does matter is that they made the mistake and the whole thing blew up in their faces! :-) :-) Even though it is the faceless Congress that is being blamed right now, the Republicans had more sense immediately after the elections and blamed Newt Gingrich for the mistake (and went on to behead him, but not before he called them "cannibals"! ;-) ). It is now left to the rest of them to continue their glorious tradition by making newer, bigger mistakes! We should be happy to let them shoot themselves in their a**es, shouldn't we?! ;-)
