We own a restaurant in san diego. Its a steak house and we have been consistently been told that we have the greatest Salad dressing,and we are looking to market it later on next year to distributors and the internet,but our salad dressing has to be kept refrigerated because there are no perservitives in them. One person told us he would botle it up for us and get it through all the red tape with the fda for 3600 dollars. I was wondering if anyone else could provide information on where i can find a list specialists who can help me with the details and competitive pricing for bottling costs. Everyone who has tasted our salad dressings have told us that there is no comparison between our dressing and the super market shelf dressings. Any info would be gladly appreciated. Wallstreeterww
