So, what is easier to test, a working modem or a theory? If it works, I don't need to understand the theory and as you have stated, it will only take 1 or 2 days to check out the modem. If they took your approach, IAS would still be waiting for someone to write the paper for your IEEE journal.
Never having created something like this before, I don't know how long it should take. I would imagine though, that creating the algorithms, doing manual extrapolations, applying for the patents, finding adequate chip sets, programming, testing and de-bugging, dealing with the SEC and shareholders lawsuits, building a grocery store and creating an AFIM all could easily take several years or more. I am fairly certain that as soon as the modem is finished, Dr. Lusignan will get his chance to test it.
DWM is unverifiable by you and me. I have no idea, nor do you, as to who has visited IAS and witnessed DWM. The fact that someone continues to buy large quantities of stock at these prices leads me to believe that someone knows something that we don't.
Since we are telling time stories, I too am reminded of a guy a while back that once created something called electricity by flying a kite in a storm. I wonder how your authorities in California would have reacted with that one? |
