If you read closely, I said "may appear", thus offering an OPINION not a fact.

Up till now, I have not seen any evidence of how they can meet their financial commitments to pay for the option. Logically, if they don't have the cash, they must raise funds. Thus sell shares. The idea is that with a higher price, they need to dilute less. No?

Funny that they should announce the "value" of the property belonging to someone else, BEFORE they actually become the owners.
