The question is where is UBID going to be in six months when MALL spins off to shareholders. Even if the stock goes to $100 intraday, I'm willing to bet MALL doesn't break its old high. And remember that MALL has probably already siphoned off a lot of demand for UBID in the aftermarket. Just some things to think about. roger
