Judith,

Heres some things I do know

EUTRO can NOT increase the float past 100 mill without stockholder approval. SO it aint gonna happen

Here are some things I think.....

I am reasonably confident. The public float on EUTRO is less than 30 mill the 4 entities have @50 mill EUTRO has more than 20 mill in their vaults.

My suspicion is the up to 25% is based on eutros stock price at a set date ...lets say if the stock is worth 1$ by feb 1999 then EUTRO gets X% of IVY.

I also suspect this is gonna be the first step into some kind of IPO in the future with the trendy nite club thing. Like a Hard Rock Cafe type deal.

I have been told the returned shares will be retired. I have not howevwer had confirmation that the MAX float will be reduced w hich you can do with no vote. IF EUTRO reduces the max float by whatever they retire we will be on our way IMHO.....

All in All a nice way to increase cash flow. You buy private stock in all ready successfull company. Good Move

BTW Folks now would IVY take EUTRO shares for 25% of their cash cow if as we have been told constantly on this thread EUTRO is a worthless stock , only in the stock selling bussiness, Has corrupt mgmnt, etc etc ad naseum double the volume :)

Ohhh thats right IVY really isnt worth anything, Donald Trump is not a real person , and the Party TONIGHT is a sham
