Don't know about A.Z. and to date nothing has been decided about how to reduce the Outstanding Shares, or so I'm told by Michael K.

There are in fact a number of deals working. At the Vegas show they got over 800 leads from domestic and international accounts. Target was in the booth. Companies are taking notice of ltgl. Remember they only have two other companies with whom to compete.
