The company is basically giving shares to itself through this transaction as it takes over another company's market standing while retaining its identity after the preceding company's name is changed. This is also known as a back door merger. Again you're wrong. Now for your question. Increased exposure through US markets will bolster share price and also give company greater exposure. Greater exposure equals greater logo identity means greater percent of market share. Greater market share equals continued and sustained growth of revenues. Is that simple enough for you? Timeliness is paramount in lieu of Ubid IPO Regarding your comment "..still requirements for continuing companies to satisfy..." Like, duh. You been drinking too many Molsons or what? Good day Hoser, ztect btw- Sure hope you didn't short a company with a 1000% increase of revenues from bid.com's previous fiscal year. Ouch! Those shorts must be getting pretty tight.
