Not a bad idea from the Yahoo Vivus board: messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com Should we share holders be left in the dark as to what the best offer has been made to Vivus if a deal is not complete by Wilson's own stated goal for a time frame? As usual, the share holders are getting antsy as the end of December draws near and Vivus has yet to announce the signing up of a domestic partner. I like the idea of the share holders sending written letters to Wilson to let him know that in our opinion he needs to either shit or get off the pot. If Wilson can not sign a partner up after 6 months of looking and 4 months of negotiating then I think he needs to step aside and let someone else get the job done. Of course this is just MHO.
