Well you can't really know, because it's just MM's. However, CREAF can only use 1 broker for the day, so I suppose you could look for that particular name. They will not say who that is, of course.
Also, you can sometimes see the change at 10 am when CREAF can buy and at 3:30 when they have to stop. Today for instance, the stock started it's move at 10 am. But it looked like they stopped buying at about 17 1/2, but the followers took it up a little past that. But, of course it wouldn't stay there if CREAF wasn't going to buy there.
Ultimately, this is not about numbers though. This is about hearts and minds. This is about changing the negative psychology surrounding this stock. CREAF has a tremendous chance here to do something positive, and they're blowing it. They are sending the message that they are a cheap, penny-pinching outfit. Well they will reap what they sow, a cheap stock.
