Trying to figure out whether to buy Rydex URSA or BEARX. Lately BEARX has been twice as effective as URSA, but for the last couple weeks Ursa has moved better than BEARX. Maybe it is the Gold and caution that is doing Tice in. URSA requires $25,00 entry where as BEARX is only $2,000 so Tice probably has to handle more fund moving action.
