s. martin, the Fishbacks are known market 'shorters'. Any experienced broker, MM, and market watchers in general know of them, or have heard of them.

From what I understand the Fishback brothers have had very friendly ties with Barron's for years. These guys are multi, multi, millionares, who have made a killing shorting pennies and other issues that trade more on HYPE than on facts.

1. Is it just a coincidence that they had attained huge short positions in ADVR just before the Barron's article was released?

2. Did the Fishback's have any influence over Barron's timing of the article ?

3. Was anyone at ADVR aware of this relationship between Barron's and the Fishbacks.

These are very important questions that I thought most people who lost huge amounts of $$$ when the stock "tanked" after Barron's article would find very interesting.
