Wily,

I did not call JPR but the error started out saying "Rejected by NASDAQ clerk...NASDAQ temporarily unavailable" or words to that effect. I assumed that NASDAQ was just having a temporary problem. I was only trading 200 shares(AAPL), so tier size wouldn't have been a problem. In fact, when my order filled through SOES, it sold 1/16 higher than my ask (market dropped, I put in SOES order to sell, then market immediately reversed). I'm kinda shocked about that. Did I just get lucky, or are they required to fill at the bid even if they're SOESed for less?
