Hi Bill

I sat down to fill out my proxy, read the instructions, they said use the provided envelope, WHICH REQUIRES NO POSTAGE IF MAILED IN THE UNITED STATES. I looked at the envelope and it was blank except for the address.

LIBERTY TRANSRER CO.
Box 558
Huntington, NY 11743-0558

There wasn't any metered mail stamp or anything else to tell the Post Office that postage was paid or would be paid. I have had personal horror stories about mailing stuff without postage. I once called the Post Office and asked them if they deliver mail with postage due as a matter of routine. They said, mostly they do, but they don't have to. They told me mail without postage could end up in the DEAD LETTER OFFICE. So I'm putting a stamp on mine just in case.

This is probably stupid, but the thought of my proxy spending eternity in the bowels of the Post Office was too much, it was worth 32cents for peace of mind.

Best Regards
GregB
