I'm surprised that nobody on this thread has ever bothered to discuss David Schippers, counsel for the Republicans, who reviewed the FBI and Justice Department's memos today, after Janet Reno again refused to name an IC for the Ickes matter. Here is a guy, A LIFELONG DEMOCRAT, father of 10, grandfather of 25, who seems absolutely determined to go for Clinton's throat, and who orchestrated the standing ovation that Starr got at the end of his testimony. You may also be interested to know that David Schippers is the former chief of the Justice Department's Organized Crime and Racketeering section in Chicago, and that part of his assignment in recent months was to conduct a review of the Justice Department. Schippers is obviously motivated by outrage, and I would not be surprised to see him making headlines soon.
