Wrong. The recent news got WAVO to 16, CNBC just made it occur slightly faster. The fact that they "aided" in the appreciation doesn't excuse the performance by Kramer/Kernan today.

Since when was it legal for someone in Kramer's position to bash a stock and then profess an intention to short it?

I can respect his opinion for a distaste for the internet frenzy, even for WAVO. It his "means" I question.

Anyone invested in a internet stock, over-valuation or not, should be upset - he was referring to your investment as well when he said "fraud-net!"
