My experience, Monday, Nov. 30, along with a slew of other people all with different brokers - Suretrade, Ameritrade, Etrade (mine is Datek) was that we either had stop loss orders or were attempting to place stop loss orders, etc. when ONSL decided to tank from $107 to $49. In my case, I had a stop loss at 89, placed the cancel in order to raise the stop limit activation to 99, and then all the servers went down so that I could not get a confirm on my cancel, could not place another stop, could not sell and could not buy when it hit 49, nor could I get through on the phone literally all day.

What are my recourses?
