Tippet, if I sold every time I was nervous, I wouldn't make any money!

However, I have tightened up my trailing stops. As I said, I like IBM's long term prospects but when the stock reaches my 12 month target in a matter of weeks, perhaps the prudent investor should take their profits and wait for another buying opportunity.

What makes me nervous is that if I would sell every time I thought the damn thing reached fair value, I would have missed out on some very nice gains. This stock continues to exceed my expectations . As I said, 4th Qtr looks very, very good for IBM so the stock still has room to move up. If so, I want a piece of that gain.

Still long, still nervous!
