Kenneth I have confirmed that there was an intent to sell 144 filed today by Paulsen---but what bothers me the NewsAlert says sales transpired Nov.27 and 30----well that is not INTENT to sell --that is sold!FreeEdgar seems to be having web-site problems--I can get todays filings from Free Edgar(Dec.2),but can not get Dec.1 filings from them----but did see filing header via the pay-for Edgar(which I have no intention to do.Max90-- BTW,it would be I believe totally illegal for Paulsen to sell on Nov.27 and 30----and if he actually did,we have a criminal act---that is why some one has got to dig out the actual filing.
